	The mission of CIS Synergy Groups, a CIS Conference, Inc. forum is to provide a professional unbiased environment conducive to in-depth discussion of current issues and common interests among CIS application user groups in the electric, gas, water/wastewater, utilities, cooperatives, and municipalities throughout North America and the world.
