Welcome to the CIS Week website. This site was created to provide utility professionals with useful information regarding our ever-expanding educational venues and the latest in customer service, business processes, software, technology and consultants.

CIS Week includes the CIS Executive Summit, CIS College, CIS Conference, and now CIS Synergy Groups. Each of these learning forums are tailored to meet the needs of their respective audiences since there are no one-size-fits-all solutions in our industry.

Our Board of Directors and Planning Committee are composed of customer service and information technology professionals from utility companies across the US and Canada. They understand the current issues affecting utility customer service and they plan our offerings to bring you the latest up-to-date solutions and expertise.
