The full registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, workshops, exhibits

and social functions. Please read Important Notes regarding online registration.

GUEST

Guest registration includes participation in keynote addresses and the Special Event.

It also includes exhibit hall entrance for receptions only but excludes exhibit hall lunches.

Guest registration is intended for use by a registered attendee's spouse or significant other and is not for use by co-workers or another company representative.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Online registration is intended for credit card payments only.

Your conference registration is not complete until your credit card information is processed and approved.

Be certain that you fully complete the online registration process.

Incomplete or unsuccessful web registration could necessitate an On-Site Registration.

Be sure to print your confirmation.

Upon successful completion of your registration, you will go to a "Registration Confirmation" screen. In addition, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation. Be sure to print one of these confirmations as your receipt of pre-conference registration and bring a copy with you to the conference. This will ensure that you are charged the correct registration fee in case of any discrepancies.

Cancellations and Replacements.

All cancellations must be made online or in writing. Cancellations received before April 15, 2007 will be refunded, less a $75 administrative processing charge. Cancellations received on or after April 15, 2007 will not receive a refund. Substitutions will be accepted. All refunds will be processed after the CIS Conference.
